RESEARCH
- My research has become focused in areas that significantly influence classroom performance. Specifically, my research has two distinct streams. The first attempts to analyze persuasive communications and it is my long term goal to create an integrated theoretical framework encompassing the multitude of persuasive communications.
- My second research stream attempts to examine emerging technology and its importance for today’s business professional. This interest further permeates into examining classroom applications for emerging technologies. My publication record (three of my publications and one grant directly deal with classroom performance) is a clear indicator of this bent.
- This research focus is to ensure that I remain current and effective in the classroom. I relish the classroom interaction with my students and have thus been motivated to undertake research that serves the dual purpose of contributing to the discipline while enhancing classroom performance. I plan on continuing my research activity in these two areas.
